The One who started it all...
My daughter. The one who is the reason why I took my very first yoga class. I was pregnant with her when I was gifted a few free classes. It was during this time in my life that I felt the first real connection with my body and her, growing inside of me. I was a fresh 20-year-old when I became pregnant. I hadn't had the time to learn myself before I become a mother.However, yoga taught me so many things. The best being, that it is okay to go off the beaten path and create your own way. My daughter was a spectacular teacher at this. She taught me that it is okay to stop and smell the flowers. It is okay to lay out and look at the clouds. When everything else is noisy, she helps bring me back to my connection with myself and with her.She is my first greatest gift; I am beyond proud of her and the amazing human she is becoming.

The best person to have by my side. My biggest cheerleader and inspiration. He lets me shine and is always there to help. Whether it's helping me design a website or my garden, I can always count on him to be there and be my partner. Thank you for helping my dream come true and always believing in me.
