The One who started it all...
My daughter. She’s the reason I ever stepped into a yoga class.
I was pregnant with her when I was gifted a few free yoga sessions. During those classes, something incredible happened—I felt my very first real connection with my own body and with her, growing inside of me.
At just 20 years old, I hadn’t had the time to truly know myself before stepping into motherhood. But yoga began teaching me lessons I didn’t even know I needed. The most powerful one? It’s okay to go off the beaten path and create your own way.
My daughter became my greatest teacher in that lesson. She showed me that it’s okay to slow down. To stop and smell the flowers. To lay on the grass and look at the clouds. In a world that’s often noisy and rushed, she brings me back to what matters most—connection with myself and with her.
She is my first and greatest gift, and I am beyond proud of the amazing human she is becoming.

He lets me shine, supports my dreams, and is always there to help, whether it’s designing a website or tending the garden. I can always count on him to show up fully as my partner, my teammate, and my biggest fan.
